  • 7 Months valid passport. ( old and new passports )
  • 2 Recent White back ground photograph. ( size 35 x 45 )
  • I D card copy.
  • 7 Months bank statement. ( not older than 7 days & attested from ministry of foreign affairs )
  • Account maintenance certificate.
  • ( not older than 7 days & attested from ministry of foreign affairs )
  • police character certificate. ( attested from ministry of foreign affairs )
  • Local company letter head.
  • Polio Certificate.
  • Confirm hotel booking.
  • National tax number.

Visa Fees + Service charges :
