  • Smart nic card copy.
  • Local company letter head.
  • 7 Months bank statement.
  • Account maintenance certificate.
  • Family registration certificate.
  • National Tax Number certificate.
  • Last 2 Years tax return.
  • Chamber of commerce certificate. ( if available )
  • Polio vaccine card.
  • Hotel Reservation.
  • Ticket reservation.
  • Covid Vaccination card.
